Phosphatidyl Serine is an important phospholipid membrane component. It plays a key role in cell cycle signalling, specifically in relationship to apoptosis, or PCD (programmed cell death).

Now Foods Phosphatidyl Serine is derived from soy lecithin and is a GMP quality assured vegetarian / vegan food supplement.

Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with food.

Other ingredients:
Cellulose powder, cellulose (capsule), silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Contains: Soy (phosphatidyl serine).

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
