Heather's Peppermint Oil Tummey Tamers also contain Fennel and Ginger, which contains powerful digestive enzymes.

Heather's Peppermint Oil softgels have an enteric coating to improve digestion for those prone to heartburn or reflux.

Suggested use:
Take 1 capsule, one to three times daily. Take on an empty stomach. If you are at all prone to heartburn, take no less than 1 hour before eating. If you are not prone to heartburn, you can take 15 minutes before eating. Take with just enough cool (not warm) liquid to swallow easily. Do not chew.

Other ingredients:
Gelatin, soybean oil, glycerin, enteric coating, water and carob.

Made in a facility that also processes tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish and wheat.
