Inositol is easily absorbed and used by the body to produce inositides.

There are various forms of Inositol such as phosphatidylinositol and IP3. They are active in cell-to-cell communication, i.e. the transmission of nerve impulses. Affected tissues include the brain, liver and muscles.

Inositol is an indirect source of glucoronic acid, important for liver detoxification.

Jarrow Formulas Inositol Powder is derived from rice bran and is a vegetarian/vegan and non-GMO food supplement.

Suggested use:
Take ¼ teaspoon, preferably dissolved in fluid or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
