Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite is a bit of a mouthful so we'll call it MCHA. It is a natural compound that makes up the crystalline matrix of bone and teeth and gives them their rigidity.

The major mineral components of bone are calcium and phosphorus. MCHA is a source of these vital minerals, in highly absorbable form, making MCHA a comprehensive bone support product.

Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules daily, in 1 to 2 divided doses, preferably with food.
