Ashwagandha (withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, poison gooseberry and winter cherry, is a plant of the nightshade family.

It is used extensively in Ayurveda, the traditional health care system in India.

Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily.

Other ingredients:
Cellulose (capsule), rice flour and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients.
