It is a well known fact that vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower etc (known collectively as cruciferous vegetables) are very good for you. One of the reasons for this is they contain abundant amounts of the sulphur containing compound Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C).

When consumed, Indole-3-Carbinol is converted into derivative compounds shown to have many beneficial effects on the body.

Suggested use:
