Magnesium Sulphate - For bath, foot soak, liver flush - Pure BP Grade

The wonderful benefits of Epsom salts have been known for hundreds of years.

The salt derives its name from a bitter saline spring in Epsom, Surrey, England.

Epsom salt is comprised of 2 compounds, magnesium and sulphate, and has beneficial properties that may help your body.

Magnesium contributes to:

• The maintenance of normal bones
• A reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• Electrolyte balance
• The functioning of the nervous system
• Protein synthesis

Foot soak: Dissolve 150-300g per gallon of hot water.

Bath soak: Dissolve 300-600g in a full bath.

Avoid contact with eyes
