How do the vitamins and minerals in Immune Protect support the immune system?
Vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc and selenium are all needed for the normal functioning of the immune system; without enough of these essential vitamins and minerals, our immune system may not function properly. Vitamin C supports the immune system, especially during and after intense physical exercise, when immune function may be compromised.

What is quercetin and how does it support the immune system?
Quercetin is a flavonoid, found in foods such as apples, onions and berries. Flavonoids are important antioxidants, protecting our cells from oxidative stress, and helping to increase the absorption of vitamin C. Quercetin in particular is thought to play an important role in modulating the immune system.
