Pharma Nord Bio-Fiber provides a wholesome blend of dietary fibres from lemon peel and sugar beet that compensates for the lack of fibre in modern diets. Pharma Nord Bio-Fiber contains approximately 70% dietary fibre of soluble and insoluble origin.

Dietary fibre from sugar beet is important for supporting regular bowel movements and maintaining good digestion.

What is Fibre?
Dietary fibre is defined as material of plant origin, resistant to breakdown by digestive enzymes until reaching the large intestine. It increases beneficial gut micro-flora, buffers glucose intake and reduces blood lipid levels. It is not just the overall level of fibre in the diet that is important but also the relative amounts of the main fibre types; lignin, pectin, cellulose and hemicellulose.

Suggested use:
Pharma Nord recommends 4-12 tablets daily, or as directed by a physician. It is advised to drink plenty of water with each dose.
