Now Foods Energy expertly combines a comprehensive array of nutrients and dietary ingredients that provide your body with a natural source of energy.

The Now Food's Energy formula does not contain Ephedra (Ma Huang). Instead, Now Foods use ingredients such as Guarana, Yerba Mate and Green Tea to provide a natural source of caffeine and support for the thermogenic processes in the body.

Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules twice daily with 8-12 oz. of water, preferably with or before meals, as needed.

Other ingredients:
Gelatin (capsule) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Contains: Vitamin E from non-GMO Soy.

Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.

This product contains approx. 54mg of natural caffeine per serving (equivalent to about 1/2 cup of coffee).

Warnings:
This product contains Niacin which may cause temporary flushing, tingling or skin reddening. Pregnant or lactating women, those with medical conditions or those taking prescription drugs should consult their health care provider before using this product.
