MegaMag® Muscleze also supplies important cofactors to support the actions of magnesium including taurine, glutamine, carnitine and a range of B vitamins.

Also found in MegaMag® Muscleze, creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that helps to supply energy to all cells in the body, primarily muscle, while L-Arginine is an amino acid found naturally in nuts, meat and other animal products, and is one of the building blocks of protein.

MegaMag Muscleze® is ideal for supporting muscle recovery and function following exercise, along with general cardiovascular support.

A tasty orange flavour, MegaMag® Muscleze mixes easily into water or juice to make a refreshing, easily-digested drink.

Suggested use:
Mix 1 scoop (supplied) into 100-250ml water or juice and stir or shake. Alternatively add 1 scoop to any food to increase magnesium content.
