It's well known that folic acid is important during pregnancy as recommended by the Department of Health. We've chosen to use the body-ready form of folic acid, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate known as folate, which bypasses the body's need to convert folic acid before it can be utilised. This conversion is a process some people struggle to do.

Iodine is included which supports healthy cognitive function, energy production and thyroid function. Many pregnant and breast-feeding women suffer with a lack of energy.

Dosage:
Take one tablet daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
