Aurora Biotics Inulin can be used to help support healthy digestion. Inulin has a mild sweet taste that allows it to be added to food or drink to improve flavour. Although sweet, Inulin has a low glycemic index (GI) so will not disrupt blood glucose levels.

Suggested use:
As a food supplement, take 1 level teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily. Simply sprinkle onto food or mix into your favourite drink.

Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS, inulin).

Warnings:
