What are the key ingredients?
Magnesium is a very important mineral, involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions in the body. It is known as 'nature's tranquiliser' as it has a calming effect on muscles and nerves.

L-theanine is a natural amino acid found in tea that has been shown to have a soothing effect on the nervous system.

Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance, in addition to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin C is necessary for supporting the nervous system, psychological function and reducing tiredness and fatigue.

Suggested use:

Why is there a red plastic capsule in the powder?
The red plastic capsule contains silica which is a dessicant to stop the powder becoming moist once opened. It should not be consumed.
