Cal-Mag-Citrate provides a 1:1 ratio of highly bioavailable and well absorbed calcium and magnesium. Each capsule provides 90mg of calcium as citrate and malate, and 90mg of magnesium as citrate. Calcium and magnesium are minerals that both have integral roles within the body, independently and also synergistically.
