» What are Amino Acids?
Amino Acids are essential to nearly every bodily function, and every chemical reaction that takes place in the body depends on them.
Of the 22 amino acids needed by the body, 9 are termed “essential” because the human body can’t manufacture them for itself and they must be obtained from food. These include histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine.
Our range of Amino Acids covers most of these bases so you are sure to find what you are looking for.
