High concentrations of L-Carnosine occur naturally in skeletal muscle tissue.

L-Carnosine is only found in vertebrates (such as ruminants that find their way onto the dinner table) meaning L-Carnosine supplementation could be important for vegetarians.

Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals.
