• Grapefruit seed extract is a substance derived from the seeds, membranes and the pulp of grapefruit. It is used to support microbial balance in the body.
• Garlic has been used traditionally for centuries. It may help defend against harmful micro-organisms such as bacteria and fungi in the gut, and may also support the immune system.
• Goldenseal has been used traditionally to contribute to the natural defences of the body.
• Gentian is a bitter digestive herb that is traditionally used to facilitate and support digestion.
• Sweet Annie and Black Walnut are also part of this synergistic herbal formula.

Dosage:
Take 2-4 capsules three times daily, or as directed.

Alternatively follow this commonly used programme:
Month 1: 2-4 capsules, three times daily, every other day.
Month 2: 2-4 capsules, three times daily, twice a week.
Month 3: 2-4 capsules three times daily, once a week.
