» What is Guggul?
Guggul Extract is derived from crude gum produced by the small Commiphora mukul tree in India and has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for centuries.
The active components in Guggul Extract are Z-Guggulsterone and E-Guggulsterone. Other components include diterpenes, sterols, esters and fatty alcohols.
